Vartega has launched EFB110, its newest carbon fiber product for injection molding applications. EFB110 is made from CF fabric scrap and contains <3% polyester stitching. Our testing shows it has the same performance as its twin EFB120 (compounded in PA6) but at a 20% discount. Email sales@vartega.com to connect with our team.

Vartega is happy to announce that we’ve achieved GRS certification for our recycled carbon fiber product lines. Our products have been certified by the Global Recycling Standard to be made from 100% recycled carbon fiber with sustainable production practices. This award gives our customers the certainty and traceability they can use when making their own recycled content claims. With LCA data established, ISO 9001/14001 certification, and now GRS certification, we’re making it easier for our customers to bring more recycled content into mainstream use. The National Recycling Coalition is a non-profit organization that is focused on the promotion and enhancement of recycling in the United States.  With over 23 recycling organizations and 6,000 members, the NRC is committed to accelerating sustainable approaches to the management of discarded materials.
